Not what we hoped for this season, but we made progress from last year and have some great developing players for next year. Here’s to the St. Louis Cardinals!

The top of the fifth inning was RADICAL and helped put this puppy to bed! First, Brendan Michael Donovan STAYS SCORCHING with an RBI single to center field, driving in Thomas Darren Saggese. Then, Alec Michael Burleson, the 25-year-old from Charlotte, North Carolina SMASHES an RBI single to right field, bringing in TRUE catcher Pedro José Pagés!
YOWZA … What an AWESOME top of the sixth inning. To kick it off, José Miguel Fermín, the 25-year-old from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, BLASTS an RBI single to right field, scoring Michael Siani! Afterwards, Alec Michael Burleson REMAINS REDHOT with a HUGE RBI single to center field, letting Jordan Alexander Walker and Jo-Fer go home.
UH HUH !! What a FILTHY #SCTOP10 double play in the bottom of the ninth inning as first baseman Alec Michael Burleson FIRED to shortstop Thomas Darren Saggese who then HURLED to pitcher Steven Jakob Matz. That SHOWS the STL is not only the best offensively, but defensively, too!
Ladies and gentlemen, Michael Steven McGreevy was absolutely McSERIOUS today. SIX strikeouts by the 24-year-old from San Clemente, California! HUGE STANDING OVATION goes to Steven Jakob Matz, the 33-year-old from Stony Brook, New York and part of the best bullpen in the league, for the PERFECT save.

As a giants fab Masynn winn is a stud they need to keep him at all costs and build the team around him also get rid of arenado and goldy they hold the team back although they have had a great career they need youth in those positions
Until there is a management house cleaning from top to bottom the Cards are going to be a team that is around 81-81 every year. Marmol and his staff need to hit the bricks.
