Copium: We started the season 3-0 with our 3 best defenders in street clothes.

  1. We are gonna wrap this division up with 5 games left in the season. Just take it easy and get healthy and ready for the 3 or 4 most important games of the year in January and February.

  2. I don’t worry about this season, I feel it’s highly likely we win our division and thus make it to the post season. However, we have to have answers for the teams that tend to be in our way during the playoffs. Get these losses out of the way early, beat teams you’re supposed to, and have a better game plan for tough teams

  3. Pedantic but your point still stands: Bernard played week 1 and started week 2

But our offense was exposed equally if not more than our defense

  4. Still a positive week overall tbh, Bills needed a humbling to learn & grow from. It’s a young roster with a lot of injuries and new faces, growing pains were to be expected. Bills are still 1st in the division and the Chiefs lost Rashee Rice.. not to celebrate an injury but considering how they went back to back SBs and back to back #1 most healthy team in the league so they were due for a key loss. The hype would’ve been too high on the Bills if we started 4-0, better to stay under the radar and to keep improving as the year goes on.

  5. Yeah it was a tough game to watch. They talked about finding ways to win, and last night they couldn’t pull anything together. We’ll regroup, but our Defense was Looking like Ryan Gosling from the 1971 T.C Williams high school football team.

  6. Can any of them run routes in the mean time? Mack Sherfield and Curtis McKenzie aren’t exactly panning out at the moment ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|poop)

  7. Of course, I’d prefer we beat, or at least hold a candle, to some of the best teams in the league. However, if we’re going to get our asses kicked, then I’d rather have it now than the end of the season. It’s a wake up call to adjust for similar matchups in the future. If we go through this now, then we avoid peaking early and waning in the postseason as we’ve done before. Even in the second half of the last game, our defense and offense was able to adjust and improve, though obviously not enough. We made way too many mistakes and we’ll learn from them.

Some additional copium. At least our QB didn’t single handedly tear the ACL of our top WR. In addition, at least all of our wins so far were earned and dominant. No refs needed to bail us out for our record.

  8. This is true. Last nights loss was tough but we all knew we weren’t going undefeated with a banged defense. Still got a lot of time ahead of us.
