  1. For some reason it didn’t even occur to me that today would be their last game of the season. Makes today a little more bittersweet, but either way, LFGM

  2. They gave us the best parting nonsense game. I kind of wish they had opened baseball cards. Maybe one of these years a network will wise up and bring in broadcasters for home teams in the playoffs.

  3. I’m very lucky to be a Mets fan and a Knicks cuz I go from these three 🐐 to Mike breen and Clyde, the best in basketball

  4. We’re running out of days and nights with them, as much as it sucks to say that. We are so lucky that they were there when things were bad. Even better that they were good.

Also, the entire broadcast led by John DeMarsico is probably the best sports television broadcast in the country. They fill up our lives.

  5. And what better way to end their 19th campaign than when another Instant
    Classic!

I’m already wondering when SNY will replay it!

  6. I can’t even listen to anyone else. They are so good they make any other crew sound terrible lol

  7. I listen to the one on ESPN for a little bit, and what agonizing experience… They were talking nonsense most of the time…

  8. I really enjoyed the fact that they started wearing suits near the end of the season.

  9. Saw the ESPN call of the albies hit and smooth (he’s the color guy right?) was literally yelling “let’s go!” Made me really appreciate how the three of them are the least biased professionals calling games for the team they love. I think it makes all of us much more well rounded and complete baseball fans. I don’t it’s just really cool

Edit: never mind I realized it was the Bally broadcast but I guess that kinda makes my point even more.

  10. You don’t realize how good they are until you listen to other booths. They are the best in the biz, especially Cohen. He always strikes the perfect tone for every situation. He sets up Keith and Ron perfectly. He has no ego and makes the other two in the booth and the game itself more important than himself. Now that Vin Scully is gone, he has no peers.

  11. I don’t know if they just don’t do it anymore or if I didn’t see it, but I didn’t see any baseball card innings this year. Also thank you to Howie and Keith for getting me through game 1 at work today.
