30. I remember several years ago all sports media were calling Gino and Jarred bust at the QB position. These 2 players is why the talking heads need to stop doing this to players. Calling for their careers way too early.

34. Fighting for extra yards seems to be one of the most negative return plays in all of the NFL. Why do coaches encourage it? The number of times you see the ball come out after these situations for an extra 2 or 3 yards seems futile. Just go down and get ready for the next play. I mean obviously if it's late game and you need those yards, then sure, but outside of that I really can't see the upside.

35. Great game, Geno and Goff both looked like they were worth more than their inspirational/mid-tier narratives would have you believe, and those Lions uniforms look fantastic.
