4. It’s January 2022. The Dolphins have 2 winning seasons for the first time since 2000, and they have draft capital to keep building. Flores gets fired because of the power struggle (and wanting Watson, which was his downfall).

   Miami has an opportunity to bring in an experienced head coach to keep the momentum of the franchise in the right direction. There is a WHALE of a candidate trying to get back in the NFL, with a 49-22 NFL record, a super bowl appearance, and multiple championship appearances. He wants to come to Miami.

   Instead of hiring Mr. Jim Harbaugh, Stephen Ross gets his Michigan group to pull their cash together and keep him at Michigan. And instead he opts to hire yet ANOTHER unproven coordinator.

   Sparano, Philbin, Gase, Flores, and now McDaniel.

   All unproven coordinators that got 3 (+ a few games sometimes) years.

   Ross is the problem. Grier needs to go. I’ve said since 2022 McDaniel was Gase 2.0– now everyone sees it.

    Even as ugly as that game turned out we could have pulled it off if Tua played smart .
    That’s my peace . I believe we would have scored and Buffalo would have been gassed out .

    Look at our conditioning right now ! We look gassed at home nowadays . It’s supposed to be the other ways and these teams are looking like at home on our home .

20. Tua is amazing . I think we need to really take a look at this . Look at S.F they were exposed as well but continue to win now again , which they not perfect but probably will be there in the end . Is Purdy that good ?
    This system needs the entire unit playing together and believing .
    We look gassed out at home .

    And yes I am ready to rid these guys. But it’s us fans who suffer as these Madonna’s go to their mansions and parties . We go to work and try to build brands and music working hard raising kids , recovering from my past etc.

22. Big O pretending Chris Grier is good at his job is absolutely hilarious. The talent is overrated always has been. The chiefs calling the dolphins and asking them if they wanna trade some high draft picks to pay Hill doesn't make Grier a good gm. But Griers failed drafts including the 2020 blunder makes him a terrible one

23. This game and the past one fully exposed the inability of McDaniel to coach a disciplined team, despite the obvious talent.
