Man I’m so disappointed but truthfully we needed this loss… Geno balled out and I hope Grubb can keep up this kind of awesome offense.
Macdonald sucked defensively and yeah, the injury situation was crazy but that was despicable. Spoon did not play well. Being on the receiving end of Goff’s perfect game stings.
Here’s to hoping MM gets his/the team’s act together and we FINALLY start to have competent games on both sides at the same time. 4 games in and we gotta start playing real football not lazy penalty-filled forgiving games against easy opponents. No more excuses

I’m more or less fine with the result, but when we inevitably play them next season can it please be at home? I feel like we’ve been at Ford Field every year since 1979.
Craziest thing from the game is how sour some of the Detroit fans are. Bro I love the Lions, I picked them to win the whole thing this year, they should have beat the 9ers last year and made the bowl. Why hate on us, what the hell did we do?
That team is a superpower, extremely physical, and we had over half of our starting defense out due to injury. Even with every starter in I don’t think we win, they are on the cusp of a championship, but to hang in there with a rookie head coach, tons of young players, and over half of the defensive starters out is very encouraging.
Random side note, but dude AJ Barner looked like a dominating player last night, if he can somehow develop into a demolishing run blocker and a pass catcher it could be huge. I keep holding out hope for Fant but idk the guy has been in the league for years and not really produced.
Random: AJ Barner has more juice than I gave him credit for. Nice 2 games for him back to back.
I don’t feel the least bit bad about that loss. I feel more confident than ever that we’re going to win the division. If DK doesn’t have that fumble it feels like a different game. That felt like a 14 pt swing.
