  3. Pretends to be shocked you don't have the Dodgers in the world series…. If they get there you should apologize to dodger fans… Also I noticed you didn't mention Verlander struggling in the World series, Kershaw actually pitches well in the world series, your brother doesn't, also in 2017 Kershaw struggled because the Astros were CHEATING AT HOME and you refuse to acknowledge that… The Atlanta Braves first round struggles…. Oh wait you don't hate the Braves so you'll down play it…. The Padres are better than the dodgers yet just lost 2 out of 3 and the division… Ben why won't you admit you hate the dodgers?

  6. Happy post-season Ben. The post-season is a year to year proposition and should never be taken for granted. Happy to see Shohei Ohtani finally get a shot at the post-season. Strange that the Astros-Tigers series is in the early afternoon time slot. You would think that they would base the times on geography, with the EST Royals-Orioles being first, followed by the CST Mets-Brewers, Tigers-Astros, and then the PST Braves-Padres.

    Interesting, that since MLB instituted this format of the wild card series two out of three, the team who has won the first game has won every series. In fact, all but one of the eight series thus far have been sweeps. The only one that wasn't was the Padres-Mets series back in 2022 where the Mets won game 2 after losing game 1, with the Padres coming back to win Game 3 and the series. We will see if the trend continues this year.

  9. When Justin goes into the Hall of Fame, will it be as a Tiger or an Astro? Thought the Orioles caught an enormous break facing the Royals instead of the Tigers. In a 2 out of 3 with Skubal pitching Game 1, it makes the Tigers a tougher opponent in a short series. Still, if it comes down to previous post-season success, nobody could top the Astros.

  11. I see the Astros going to the WS. No team in the AL scares me. However, The Phillies, Dodgers, and Padres are a different story. Those 3 teams worry me, especially San Diego.

  14. I think as a fan I'm hoping that somehow the dodgers starting rotation do better than the Padres starters and the bullpen also holds up. Then it just comes down to the lineup which I think is better than the padres. But objectively yeah I think Padres Starting pitchers and bullpen are better than the dodgers so it'll be hard.

    DODGERS HAD A STACKED TEAM IN 2022!!

    WHY IS THIS YEARS PLAYOFFS APPEAR TO BE ALOT TOUGHER AND HARDER TO PREDICT?
