First Day of Training Camp and Media Day On The Brief Case

Wanted to post this because Casey Holdahl as an organizational Insider has a good perspective that is worth hearing.
Specifically, he talks quite a bit about how the team has made it very clear that the starting positions will be earned in training camp, there is no presumed roster, you need to beat out the competition and outplay the guys ahead of you to earn the spots. Casey mentions he has even talked to guys like Ant about this, asking what he thought of the competition at the guard spot. Simons, like everyone else Casey talked to on the team, responded positively, that there is camaraderie but competitiveness and even the most veteran guys are buying into the battle for their minutes.
We also get a little video of the team at practice, hear that they’re doing twice a day practices this year since they’re here in Tualatin instead of in Cali, etc.
