Ahhh fuckk. Don’t tell me Sheng Thao is screwing this thing up. I hope everything is good in regard to payments but there has just been a lack of transparency.
I really hope AASEG made the payments (which I would imagine they did if they instantly bought Fisher’s half)
Far as I can tell the city has nothing to do with another group not making payments
This is actually good news. If AASEG defaults, Lacob can buy the land for pennies and he can build a new stadium on it or redevelop it to something else or swap the land for HT.
