  2. Mets have been playing high leverage playoff baseball games for two weeks now. If the Brewers don’t bring it, they’re getting bounced Wednesday.

  3. Pitching is everything. I love freddie, he was off and i still disliked the switch. Payamps should never have seen a playoff game unless blown out. One play costed the game.

  7. Last year, Counsell saw Peralta pitching no hit baseball up to the 5th. Then Peralta got blasted and the crew lost game 2 and were bounced from the playoffs.Yesterday, Freddy Peralta was pitching subpar, and only had a hanful of pitches left in game #1 against the Mets . Pat Murphy made the right move taking him out. Adamis booted a ball that should've been an out. Should've been calculated as a fielding error. It wasn't. As mentioned on this podcast and in a Brewer article, Chourio missed catching a ball that gets caught on an 85% catch rate. That hit went for a double. So Murphy was right when he said, "It's hard to win a game when you give a team 5 outs." Payamps had a solid record, before Murphy made the call. It was NOT the wrong move. Ashby was rock solid in the bullpen since transferring there from being a starter. This also, was NOT a bad move by Murphy.

    True Brewer fans of 2024 remain UNDAUNTED by this setback.
    Brewers come back and win 2 straight and go on to win the world series.

  9. can the brewers give these great fans at least a hope of a chance to win a series. can payamp get off the crutches he seemed to be on limping to first base after a nice stop by hoskins. hoskins only contribution getting bopped by a pitch. At least I was there in 82 for all the games at county stadium. chourio real deal saved a home run and then just misjudged but if we are counting on a 20 year old rookie to save the day you are asking alot.. adamas no show, turang was fine, we'll see if the milw. curse lives on lol

  11. Nobody wants to talk about Willy Adames being moved out of the cleanup spot in the order smdh he’s been there all year. Why would you move him out of that spot for the playoffs? I don’t get it but it’s incredibly stupid.

  13. Frankie Montas goes today. No problem with that. But, unlike Chuck's approach of letting Montas go 6 or 7 innings, Murphy should yank him as soon as he shows vulnerability. Murphy has Tobias Myers waiting in the wings. Jarrod Koenig, Megill, and Devin Williams can finish the job.

Typical brew Manager bull crap if you can’t trust a picture to go more than five inning he is not your ace pitcher i’m sorry, but Freddy Peralta is not a quality that’s why I can’t wait next year for Brandon Woodruff and RobertGasser to come back, no offense to Freddy, but you should be third on the rotation

  26. Just like I thought freddie peralta, nothing but a number 3 at best, he could never just shut a team down.
    . What happens? He gives up 3 runs and i don't care. You can say what you want to. He righted the ship bottom line going into the third. The boys were losing all is forgiven if we come back to win the next two games, which is possible

  28. That kind of performance??? Really??? They jumped out front….. Peralta got pulled before he should have been pulled…. and the Mets used the opposite field with some timely hits.
