[Texas Rangers PR] Congratulations to RHP Jack Leiter, who has been selected as Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Year in voting by league managers. He was also selected as a Pacific Coast League Postseason All-Star.
Manifesting that he will make the improvements needed to make the rotation next year 🤞
Does this only take into account his minor league numbers? If it includes major league stats then this is confusing – those stats really haven’t been great.
Or is this just a popularity contest? That would make more sense
