Nearly half the league just lost their local TV deal

We complain about NESN 360's price (absolutely ridiculous, still..), but at least we HAVE a local TV/streaming deal, as opposed to 11 of the 12 teams that had Diamond/Bally as a provider before today. (Only the Braves are being kept).

Definitely will affect teams aggressiveness in free agency. In short, the rich will get richer while the poor(er) get less. Or more accurately, probably want the rich just to give them more money in revenue sharing.

  1. Hopefully this helps the Sox sign some guys.
If Henry can get the wax out of his ears

  2. I’d like to believe this means less competition this winter for free agent pitching but in reality they’ll go with Criswell in the rotation while Burnes signs with the Giants on a 1 year deal or some shit.
