  1. Feels like Snell and Fried will combined cost about as much as Burnes so I’ll take those two

  2. Snell is presumably already living here, which doesn’t mean much in free agency, I know. But he’s already here, already familiar with the clubhouse, with Melvin. We aren’t starting at zero. I think you try to get him back.

  3. Can’t really go wrong here, although, Snell and Burns likely have a better record. I’d love to have one of the three.

  4. Burnes 100%. Love Snell, but he’s more so just a second half pitcher and health is somewhat questionable. Fried is good as well, but he’s never healthy and has touched 180 innings once in his career. Burnes has pitched 190+ innings the past 3 years and pitched well in more hitter friendly ball parks. His numbers are little back tracking, but possibly could come back while pitching at Oracle

  5. I wanted Burnes over Snell since last off-season, and that hasn’t changed. Y’all know he’s a perennial Cy Young contender with a ton of healthy starts year after year, but my other favorite thing about him: he’s from California and grew up an Angels fan (so prob no love lost for the Dodgers)

(Ofc, now that I say that, he’ll probably sign with the Dodgers, but that’s just the power of talking free agents)
