I hope that is everything to this and there is nothing going on with Flaherty.
Game 2 resellers in shambles. Noticed that price spike once Yamamoto was initially announced
This lets Yama go on game 1 and a potential game 5 with normal rest with all hands on deck. Makes sense to me
Yoshi on his regular 5 days rest, Flaherty on his regular 4 days in case a game 5 is needed.
For years we thought it’d be a 1-2 punch of Kershaw and Greinke or Kershaw and Buehler leading us to a full season title.
Turns out it’ll be Yamamoto and JFlare.
Are we assuming Yama can only go 5ish innings in game 1?

Go back and watch 6th inning SD vs Braves and watch SD pitcher Estrada rub a foreign substance on the ball before each pitch. It’s clear as day and camera even zooms in on it because of the pre pitch routine he has wedging the ball between his fingers. He keeps a big purplish lump of goo on his pitching hand thumb. It absolutely bananas they didn’t catch this. Pass it on.
