I remember. Wow, seems so long ago
Rare footage of the Vladdy whisperer taking his parrot for a walk
Legend has it that on a clear October night, you can still see the ghost of Zack Britton wandering around the right field bullpen.
I was in the building for this one. Actually had fantastic seats so I almost remember it more fondly than the bat flip where I was in the 500s very last row.
Once it was clear Britton wasn’t coming in it was a matter of when, not if and I think everyone felt that. Can’t believe Showalter got another manager job after this.
Those were the days.
The catcher was the first one in the showers
Good times.
8 years ago wtf
When he brought it Ubaldo it was all over by the crying. What a shot.
2015/16 could have been so much more special, fuck.
I was at this game, you could feel the building vibrate. Great memory.
Back when the team was exciting to watch.
I’ll never get tired of the way the ball comes off his bat.
So many epic moments in those 2 years. The bat flip, the mad dash and the walk off.
My favourite part of this is Weiters’ reaction
2015 and 2016 were so damn fun. First half of 2015 was tough but watching them put up what seemed like 10 runs per game was something else. The 43-18 run to finish the season was something we may never see again.
Ahhh pre Shatkins.
Head first off of a cliff since then.
We had it so good
I skipped out on Thanksgiving dinner to head home and catch the second half of this game. I was not disappointed. My family was pissed at me. Would do it again.
Baseball used to be fun😁
Was that Caleb Joseph catching?
ILY Buck and Ubaldo
I was in Jasper, at the whistle stop pub, when this game was starting. A few people asked if they could put the game on the TVs. The bartender proceeded to put it on one of their TVs. Then those same people asked if he could put it on all of them, with the sound. He laughed and said, “not everybody wants to watch, let alone listen to baseball.” Everybody that was there to watch the game, myself included, cancelled their orders and promptly left to go watch the game somewhere else. I often think about that guy and wonder who’s the dumber individual; Him, or Buck Showalter?
