  1. bregman needs to come back, but it honestly doesn’t look to good at the moment. brice matthews doesn’t seem ready yet.

we also have a crater in the outfield. yordan playing left and platooning chas/meyers at center is not ideal at all

  2. Top Priority: Resolving the Bregman and Tucker questions. Ideally both stay but… I lean Bregman (not my opinion at the start of the season) just because of defense and the on field leader role he stepped into this season.

Next Priorities in this order: OF, Bullpen, 1B

  3. Sign Bregman ASAP.

Move Lance to long relief and re-sign Kikuchi.

Sign Ryan O’Hearn to play 1B and platoon OF on spot starts.

Sign Michael Conforto to be an everyday LF (Yordan DH).

Make Chas the everyday CF as his overall ceiling and proven MLB level play has always been better than Jake.

This, IMO, is a perfect retool with quality players at positions of need.

  4. Lance isn’t a real person. Fictional character. If you include him in your plans you are a cornball.

  5. So wait, Tucker and Framber are secured for next year? I thought they were both hitting free agency.

  6. I think Bergman will come back. Altuve is an important part of the organization and will help make it happen.
