The Rams have the most expensive offense in NFL history & spent only 30% of the cap space on defense. In the case of the defense, they are getting what they paid for.

🥱 our entire d line is on rookie salaries.
Our back seven might, MIGHT have one player that would make the roster cut on any other NFL team. The rest? No chance, brotha…
Our offense is littered with vets while our defense is a lot of rookie deals lol if you want more of a 50/50 then the offense is losing quite a few playmakers
Wonder if that includes AD’s salary?
Well with mcvay as our coach it doesnt seem like they want to spend money on our defense. He just loves getting offensive players
Yet if our offense was healthy we could very realistically be 3-1 😂
Had our line in tatters vs the Lions and took them to overtime with Puka only getting half a game. Had no receivers vs the Bears.
Injuries suck.
We are in rebuilding and competing mode, as hard as it may understand it. Still paying for the superbowl all in mode. To me it was all worth it.
Aaron retired, his numbers would have evened it out more to the mean
