If Atkins makes a few decent moves and gets this roster back on track..what are the fans going to say?
It's going ro be interesting to see if everyone is wrong about Atkins or if the Jays are just going to use his unpopularity to take heat for some unpopular moves this winter.
I think option 1.
The only change that needs to Happen is Fire Atkins and Schapiro but it wont happen. What will happen is they will leak fan hype to their talking heads in the media about making offers to Soto and Bregman. They will tell the fans that they are front runners in the sweepstakes for top free agents. Then as the FS sign elsewhere they will pivot and sign players past their prime . This front office is not respected by the ther MLB teams for a reason.
