MacEwen actually did a lot better in this fight than expected. I just want to give my respect to him since this wasn't an easy fight. Fighting xhekaj is definitely a scary feeling. MacEwen didn't just hang in there but decided to throw some solid punches. It was a good tilt!

Holy shit! Someone that understands a hockey fight! So many people think winning a hockey fight just takes the other guy falling first.
At the end of the day, habs have never won a single game against the sens with him in the lineup (preseason and regular season combined). Guaranteed points because he can’t keep it together, and always makes his team pay for it where it counts.

MacEwan’s just not built to fight Xhekaj… there’s about a 40 pound weight difference. That’s like, 2 weight divisions for guys their size in boxing or MMA.
Based on the punches landed, if they were both in the same weight class, Mac would probably have actually won that fight pretty cleanly. Xhekaj is just a lot stronger, so he’s able to just shove guys like MacEwan around and control them in fights.
