glad to see players hustling and actaully running sets, ad and bron monster duo we know what theyll do starting unit looked good and whatever that fourth quarter was
LA has taken an L in football, baseball, and basketball today
loved what JJ has done to the offense
Never expect a preseason win from the Lakers
Lots to be excited about with this team, though losing a close game always hurts a little, even in preseason.
Reps + Health = a win in my book.
Just need Bron and AD healthy and anything is possible this year. Please make a trade for a wing/center Pelinka 🙏🏾🙏🏾
LeBron and AD are still the best duo in basketball.
As for the young guns, there’s a lot to work on. A lot !
Lakers won the first half I guess
Enjoyable until the selfish garbage time. Gotta put a leash on some of these players.
It is just preseason so we chilling.
If that was a regular season game and I saw the way the team spent the last few seconds after Knecht’s miss, I’d be mad.
They deflated immediately after the ball clank and lowered their guard. No intensity.
Damn why that loss lowkey hurt lmao
Beautiful. Never understood a coaching staff saying they wanted to run everything through AD while not having a system that encourages that. In just one half of preseason basketball, we’ve seen a real structure that if they stick to, would significantly increase AD’s involvement in the offense.
We have way too many guards. There has to be a trade made
Rough game for Knecht and Max but played hard
13/8 from Rui was a good game
Starters and rotation players look good and seem to be buying into JJ’s coaching.
Think we went a bit too far with the youth movement at the end of the bench. Could have used a few vets during the offseason.
Starters played well today. Funny enough Knecht’s problem wasnt his defense but his shot today. Hes def gonna be in the rotation this season
The first half looked really good. With Bron running the offense, I liked what I was seeing. Unfortunate our young guys couldn’t hold on to the lead, but it’s only preseason. Hope Knecht is able to get out of the shooting slump before the season starts
Rui looked better. Rebounded the ball, played under control. Didn’t turn the ball over. He’s finding his role on this team.
Starters looked very good. Dlo looked surprisingly locked in defensively. Kids looked a little worse today, especially Max. Cam looked great as a POA guy. Jalen and Dalton looked alright, but not as good as game 1.
All in all, the important stuff looked good. Suns have no answer for us when we’re healthy. The Lakers are a better team than them.
I really like how DLo played with Hayes. It was against a bench unit obviously but you can see how Hayes has improved.
Lots to take in
Starters looked great. Loved the ball movement and offensive system, gets Lebron easy buckets and puts the ball in ADs hands more. Very pleased with the core guys. I personally feel it’s a night and day difference between Ham and JJ
I’m a Bronny defender cause I think he has some tools, but he played by far his worst game as a Laker. Played at half speed, played scared… was not a good look at all. He looked completely lost out there
Christie played well with the starters then decided it was his time to be the #1 option in the 2nd half and went off the rails.
Reaves gotta fix that 3pt shot, feels like it’s not the same as it was
Main rotation looked awesome. I love the story of Bronny and Lebron, and I’m sure he has potential as a player but damn. He should not see minutes in the regular season at all. Dude is a turnover machine.
Too early to tell but JJ already looking better than Ham ever was in 2 years
Lets hope AD stays healthy cause if he goes down that center rotation gonna hurt.
When the real guys played, shit looked awesome. They were running stuff worlds away from Ham.
Dalton looks plug and play, really dig this pick.
Also shout out Rui a really solid bounce back play.
Rui Hoochiemama impressed me.
Rams, dodgers, and Lakers lose in the same day lmao
You can SEE the difference from Ham’s offense to JJ’s
Liked what I saw from Rui
We really need Vando. The starting 5 redundancy of Bron and Rui was noticeable
