I don’t see the problem with more protection for Herbert? It’s not like we are gunna get travis Hunter, go watch the pats (im from NE) if you wanna see Travis next year. Just saying
It’s harder to find a Tier 1 Lineman in free agency than it is to find a Tier 1 skill position. Getting another future lineman who can spend the 4-5 years of their Rookie contract with Alt/Slater/Zion could set us up for the next decade.
Chargers OL needs *typically* are not 1st round picks (IOL).
My brain says best center available, but my heart says Jeanty is a 1 of 1 prospect.
