last night I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep, and suddenly had the most wonderful thought of being at the last game of the World Series with my dad and son when we win it all and getting to celebrate with two of the most important people in my life who love the Guards like I do, and it’s honestly given me a high that I do believe will last for days
Anyone know a bar or somewhere to watch the game in Chicago? Vaughns isn’t open until an hour after game time and idk if they even play the games anymore.

I’m feeling super nervous
I had COVID all last week and am steadily on the road to recovery, but my work is in a warehouse where particulates are high and my mask wasn’t doing enough to keep *everything* out.
The bright side is that means I had a free pass to leave early and get cozy at home for the game. Go Guards.

When I left the house for work this morning, a moderate swarm of midges scattered around the door. I smirked. As I walked into the ballpark and turned right onto the concourse a midge landed on my sleeve. I’ve been cheesing like a fool since. Hopefully Joba and Skubal have similar DNA
