[Sheldon] Some Reds news: All three hitting coaches — Joel McKeithan, Terry Bradshaw and Tim LaMont have been fired. RHP Julian Aguiar had TJ surgery and will be out for 2025.

Quite a crew, have been curious how that arrangement worked. Did they each have their own group of players?
Aguiar needs TJ? I thought he hit the IL with a shoulder injury.
Good to see DJ is sticking around.

It was needed. Take too many 1st pitches down the middle. Too many K’s looking. Put the ball in play with the youth and team speed they have.
They had three coaches who’s entire purpose is to help them hit and they still couldn’t hit? Damn. Coaching for the reds music be pretty damn chill.
I mean I wouldn’t have hired Terry Bradshaw regardless simply based on his name.
IIRC, all these coaches were repeatedly promoted from within. They just kept spinning the wheels.
Absolutely needed to clean house. The only hitter that didn’t regress this year was Elly and he reportedly had his own separate hitting coach
So far, two great moves with cleaning house and bringing in Tito. 2/2 so far.
Oh hell yeah this is what I want to see! Clean house and bring in your own guys.
