  3. Getsy is problem #1. He needs to be replaced. What a terrible hire, that's on AP. Second the defense hasn't delivered, now they are banged up.

    AOC is not the answer. Would rather go sign tannehill.

    I can't take the mountain of bad hires and bad decisions. I had hopes of being a .500 team to flirting with a playoff berth, but it's not going to happen.

    Getsy is so bad in so many areas, play design is bad, he's predictable, doesn't call plays based on what the defense is doing(ie keep running into 8 man fronts)

  14. The Raiders are toast. Looks like a 6-11 season. Time to tank whoever gets fired or traded doesn’t matter. Until the Raiders get a legit QB and competent coaching staff the losing will continue to stack up.

  37. I know it's a big loss but don't we have the same defensive tackles (with the exception of Bilal Nichols) that we had last season on the team? I thought they were playing well together.

  41. Your reports are among the very best and some of the few that are worth listening to. My opinion is that starting with the firing of John Gruden, virtually every decision and choice made by the management of this team has been a mistake. The lineup of the Raiders favors a passing attack. There is much greater skill on that side than on the running side, but this is what you get when you hire a defensive coach.
    I think the most important thing he could’ve done was not in drafting a tight end, but picking one of the top two or three offensive tackles and building up the left side of the line and establishing a passing attack not a running attack . Because that’s where the talent really is I don’t blame Adam’s because he really had no future here.
    I don’t see the Raiders doing much positive and I think they may end up with something like 6-11. This coach will be a goner..

  43. I'm sorry but what the point of watching my team I don't blame the player even though Adam grinds my gears at the end of the day the owner and management have all the blame they left Oakland and brought the same crap to Vegas which is a major market

  44. 1st off Mark Davis needs to sell. He’s not his dad and he’s coasting on his family name. He’s clearly not respected by most the league and is the poorest owner in the NFL or else we’d be at least the LA Raiders where a big fanbase exists.
    2nd off give AP one more year unless an amazing quality fit comes available and no matter what change offensive coordinator’s asap.
    3rd this team needs to commit to the tank. Sit Kolton Miller (he’s clearly not healthy), put AOC in, Trade DA for something decent and Trade Zamir white and potentially
    Maher, stockpile assets and Draft QB, Oline, DE, WR and fill in the blanks through Free agency.
    It’s time to realize this franchise hasn’t been slightly good enough since like 2016/17 and the only time it started to get better was when the team committed to drafting and developing talent while bringing complementary pieces through Free agency and draft to elevate the squad. And until this franchise gets new ownership, it will continue to flounder in mediocrity

  46. Did we know that Michael Mayer had psychological issues before we drafted him since this is something he has dealt with before and if so why did we draft him?

  48. Nice job as usual Sanjit. The only way they will ever turn this ship around is by being patient. There is a reason why teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers have had so much success. They have only had three coaches throughout the history of there organization. It may take a couple of years to turn things around, the situation is what it is. Firing coaches every year or two will never translate into wins..or success.
