  1. No pitching and no hitting. Forget about it. Brilliant to keep Walker on the post-season lineup after he's stunk it up since returning. But that's cause there was no one else. It's time to dump Muncy and Taylor. Clear out the dead wood. Get a catcher that can hit from AAA. Fire the pitching coach and all the trainers. The end.

  2. Bring another manager that does not have these players as soft as tissue paper fragile glass joe players. I keep telling my family Will Smith is Trash he's the reason why they give up so much runs in a game he doesn't know how to control the plate. It's a culture thing they just fold in the post. Need to bring someone else to take them over the top can't win with a Clown Manager

  3. My take on the Machado situation was that he clearly had no problem putting his body on the line for his team. Walker should've indulged him one more time with 97 into his back. At the end of the 5th would've been a good opportunity, he was up with 2 out and none on. I am like 90% sure Flaherty would've done it because he's one of the few real dogs we have on our team. Self policing the game is long gone I guess.

  4. I know he's injured, and I know no one play in particular was his entirely fault. But Miggy Ro contributed a big chunk to this loss tonight. Props to him for coming back and getting a hit in the 4th, but can we just shut him down for the season or use him exclusively as a pinch hitter (specifically when there are no runners on).

  5. the offense doing nothing after the grandslam is embarrassing honestly they don't deserve to win with play like that. mets vs padres it seems and just another pointless season.

  6. Call me crazy, but I like our chances against Dylan Cease. Dodgers tagged him on Saturday for 5 R on 3 IP. Keep in mind that was on extra rest. Now on slightly short rest,, I feel good about it. The question is, can we get enough pitching.

  7. It makes me wonder how many times has it been that the defense has failed Walker this year? It feels like it happens almost every time. Granted, his own personal defense hurt him too but it feels like these happen too much for him on the bump. I like what I saw even if it wasn't strikeout stuff. He was effective and if the defense backed him up like the Padres backed Darvish, we'd be having a different conversation. Because if the offense died down after the slam, but the defense showed up, no one would care.

  8. Substituted Pages into centerfield instead of putting veteran Kiké in. Pages’ at bats weren’t competitive. Missed on hit able pitches.

  9. So what is the official rule on Mannys base running? It’s ok to run is the grass because there’s no base line but others have brought up that it was obstruction because the ball hit him. You guys are the media do some digging research or ask for clarification.

  10. everyone missing what is going on. Like everyone, you win games based on scouting, and since 2021 scouting is so bad, and advice is so bad, we look bad. When comes to the playoffs, the other team knows us better than we know them, our scouting doesn't even know how to get a dumb ass Peralta-like dude to stop pitching in down low, he played with us, and he can only hit down low, and that it. why are they pitching to tatis? just walk the dude sometimes. like let him chase it, what is the team trying to prove? These are all scouting thing

last 4 years scouting so bad, and advise is so bad, i just laugh
