8. Im a HUGE Raiders fan but I cant be convinced that AOC is an actual NFL starter. Pierce? Who knows. I certainly dont want to be starting over from scratch every 18 months and desperately hope that Pierce will be here for more than another 10-15 games. NFL Coaches don't get many chances anymore. Winning needs to be NOW! Wish Mark Davis could be fired in all honesty.

23. Start aoc for 5 games. If he goes 3 and 2, leave him in. If not, then send Carter Bradley in to finish the season so we can see who might be the starting qb next season. So glad they are giving aoc a chance. Now it's time to roll the dice……..just win baby.
