  1. How about 15 – 2? With this defense, that is a possibility. More probably 13 – 4. The last time Denver had a defense this good was 2015. We know how that ended. That would really be something. This defense has one of the best pass rushes I have seen since 2015. Stop the pass, stop the run, and take the ball away. That is what they do. They exposed the real problem for the Raiders, they just suck. The Raiders should trade Adams for a QB as right now they do not have a winning QB.

  2. 2 things. At 7:30, minshew had time. He dropped his eyes and tried to escape the pocket instead of resetting in the pocket to throw. It’s a recurring issue his whole career. If he can’t get out of the pocket, he wilts. Teams have been playing to keep him in the pocket this year. If he had reset in the pocket and anticipated the deep dig, easy completion. But anticipating routes is not something minshew does, which leads to the next point. 12:30 when O’Connell throws the interception, he anticipated the route and threw on the break. This is the very first occurrence of this happening in a game in bower’s nfl career. I think this caught him off guard because of who had been throwing him the ball for the past month, he wasn’t expecting that timing. Give him some time with O’Connell to become familiar with that timing and he catches that ball next time.
