Nah he’s wrong. Malik will get a way crazier crowd reaction than Demar. We value loyalty especially here in Sac. Malik took tens of million dollars less to stay. Plus he did it super early in order for Monte to make moves and improve the team…like getting Derozan. Imagine if Malik would’ve waited and made teams have a bidding war over him? Who’s to say we would’ve gotten Demar? We don’t know.
Malik gets the bigger ovation. Only guy who can get a bigger ovation is Fox. And potentially Keegan. But Malik is top 3 most liked on the team hands down
