Jalin Hyatt Trade? | New York Giants Rumors

Jalin Hyatt Trade? | New York Giants Rumors

New York Giants rumors surround Jalin Hyatt as he has not been a part of the Giants game plan to start the 2024 NFL Season. Hyatt played just 50 snaps in the first 4 weeks and with Malik Nabers not playing in week 5 there was a chance that it could be the week for Hyatt. The speedy WR played more 48 snaps vs. Seattle but was still held without a catch. NY Giants Now by Chat Sports host Marshall Green shares his thoughts on the latest Jalin Hyatt rumors on this show!

  1. This is content for contents sake. You don’t have to make any decisions on Hyatt like wtf r u talking about it’s a 3rd round WR in his 2nd yr. Stash him, let him develop, give him some plays here and there, and if he shows out gradually work him in more. Besides you’ll like to have him for depth. Hes not a lost cause nor a high value asset. Just be patient.

  2. This team isn't finished with this rebuild and Jalin Hyatt most certainly should be a big part of it. He's too talented to just trade away. Keeping working with him and let him run routes and draw penalties. He is creating space for the other guys. Eventually he will get his catches. As for as the running backs, I'm not ready to anoint Tyrone Tracy as the primary ball carrier after one good game. I like the rookie's progress and what he's done so far. I say we stick with more of a committee approach and get everyone involved.

I don't agree with you about Eric Gray. Benching him is the wrong take especially when he's only in his second year. Look at the length of rope and patience the Giants gave Tiki Barber when he was the fumble king of New York. Encouraging Eric to protect the ball better with the advice Tom Coughlin gave Tiki is the right thing to do.

  3. I just think he’s weak off the line of scrimmage & he’s not foot work savvy & skinny like a Devonta Smith. He gotta up his game outside of speed. He needs to be more aggressive at the point of catches

  4. IF THEY USED ASSETS TO GET HIM AND THEY DONT USE HIM THAT'S ON THEM.. IF HE CANT DO CERTAIN THINGS OR ROUTES.. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DEVELOP HIM. HE HAS THE SPEED AND TALENT. IF HE GOES TO ANOTHER TEAM HE WOULD END UP LIKE A DESEAN JACKSON
