  1. Shout out to one of my favorite Spurs role players ever. Possibly also the most frustrating. There is some weird alternate reality where he’s actually getting Finals MVP votes if the spurs win the 2013 title

  2. Thanks for everything Danny. I know some people ragged on him but I genuinely believe he was one of the best Spurs players of all time. But that’s just me.

  3. My favorite Spurs role player. I was pretty upset when he got included in the nephew trade, but no matter where he went, he was always a Spur in my eyes

He was one of the best 3nD players during his prime. It’s a shame he only got 1 All-Defense selection, he was robbed of maybe one or two more than that. Arguably the best fastbreak defender during his prime

Heck, if we won in 2013 he would probably be the FMVP

I was hoping he’d become a part of our coaching staff and teach the young guys how to defend as a team. But im happy for him and I wish the best for him

  4. Consummate professional who got over himself and adapted to a solid role in the NBA. Good luck to him in all future endeavors.

  5. That 2013 Finals run was wild. Game 6 and 7 were rough, but dude was seriously vying for FMVP on a team with Tim Duncan, Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili.

  6. My man is going to retire to his ranch out by Medina, probably.

HEB needs to make more of those Spurs retirement club commercials.
