Shead waving off Scottie had me irrationally offended
Sag for Flagg

My honest reaction
Ugly last quarter; terror for the eyes
Agbaji is low key doing a Porter
Defense is still the same under Darko (schemes still look woeful again)
Nice to see Boucher score a ton the bench will need it
At least Scottie is back.
7/33 from 3 raptors basketball is back baby
Mogbo gotta work on his touch around the rim, had a couple of potentially good posessions in the 2nd half if he had any scoring ability and Chomche is fast af lol
I’m praying RJ is healthy by opening night because we do not have a bench player who is capable of stepping up to the starting lineup
Looks like we’re playing Capture The Flagg this year.
We back on the tank for Cooper
Mogbo doesn’t just look bad, he looks hilariously bad. Would be a baffling and inexplicable pick if you didn’t know he was Scottie’s close friend. He’s not young, he’s gonna be 23 this month, but in all four of his appearances so far it’s looked like he just started playing basketball for the first time that afternoon.
Yeah chomche ain’t gonna be ready for another 4-5 years
Only thing im looking forward to this season is the purple jerseys
Boucher killed it
Scottie looked good minus the turnovers
Yikes
:/
The bench looks like hot trash as expected…it’s going to be a long season ladies and gents lol
Darkos perfect preseason record is over lol. Didn’t even realize until recently that we were perfect last preseason.
Welp it is what it is
Rebuilding this was quoted in the beginning of the year take ur drama elsewhere this year
Welp. This still bench doesn’t look great, and it’s kind of an ugly fit to grab anybody from that rotation to fill in for that 5th starter spot. Would’ve loved to see Walter play to ease the sting a little bit.
Ah well, on the upside, the team being ass means a good draft spot in a FANTASTIC draft year and tickets going down in resale value
This team without RJ….is just wretched.
This team might actually hit the under on 28.5 wins, which could be elite.
If Poeltl misses 20 games, that’s probably 18-20 losses.
We only have 3 guys on the roster who consistently hit 3s (IQ, RJ, Olynyk) so if any of them miss time, it’s almost impossible to win with so little shooting.
The team desperately needs talent, and I think we will be adding a big talent in the 2025 draft.
Just reminder, It’s better to feel disappoint in preseason than in regular season
Its gonna be a long long season. Hope we get that Flagg pick
Don’t want to criticize Scottie too much, he’s a vet in preseason, but the ball demanding, over dribbling, getting stuck in post ups halfway to the basket when he tries to drive, and forcing low % threes were all issues last year that popped up immediately in this game.
I like Sheads tenacity and Cartons shiftiness with the ball, but the shooting was tough to watch.
Fernando is more of an inside presence than Olynyk, but he showed some poor touch in this game, and that one play where he gave up an offensive rebound to coulibaly and then let him take it back out, cross him over, and dunk was really bad.
Gradey still gets swallowed up by defenders that are longer, stronger, and just as quick as him. But he looks way more comfortable with nba range.
Mogbo officially joins ochai and Davion as a zero level scorer this year
Borderline useless unfortunately
This was some of the worst basketball I’ve seen the Raptors play, and I’ve been watching since day one.
I’m not going to dive too deep into this shit show but even in preseason, rule # 1 is protect the ball, so that you can at least pretend you have a chance to hit your open looks.
Defense was just sloppy and slow at the same time.
Hard to watch this.
In all my years of fandom, I don’t think I’ve said this, but this coach has got to go. I don’t CARE if it’s a rebuild, you still have to look like a professional team. They simply looked lost, out of sync, dispassionate, and uncaring.
Go ahead and tell me why this was ok.
Fate of the universe… I WANT KEYSHAWN GEORGE
