50 point blowouts are rare. even in the preseason. 2 of the top 3 blowouts this preseason is owned by boston:
1. sixers- 50 to boston
2. milwaukee- 33 to detroit
3. denver- 26 to boston
Even if you set the score to 0-0 for the sixers/celtics game until the celtics subbed out their starters for the last time at the 6m mark of the 3Q, the score then was 59-87. a 28 point lead. the game ended with a 50 point lead. the celtics bench still won by 22 overall and by 5 points in the 4Q.
