  1. This team’s inability to beat the Jets is fucked.

    Gus has looked great.

Only 3 games in but Rossi looks like a 2C to me.

Not too stoked to see one of our top prospects getting 4th line minutes.

  2. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I’d rather look like me and be bad at hockey instead of looking like Kyle Connor and being good at hockey.

    Just sayin

  3. I’m not upset about wins and losses this early in the season, and it’s not like the games have been blowouts, but these first three games have not inspired any confidence in this season. They look so lost out there.

  4. Sad we didn’t beat Winnipeg but atleast we got a point. Gus and Khusy did very good tonight

  5. I call this a point earned rather than a point lost. Team looked a bit tired at some point in the second half of b2b.

  6. Wild have 4 out of a possible 6 points.

This is the same as being 2-1…so that’s neat.

  7. On a back to back without ek and spurgeon? I am more than fine with a point. Let’s get healthy and win on Tuesday

  8. Pros: Gus looks solid, Khusnutdinov is fun, Middsy looks better than last game

Cons: Power play, overtime, Öhgren looking like he could use some seasoning

Hopefully with some rest and with Ek back we can get back to where we need to be

  9. The way we played the 3rd period, especially the last 2 minutes, we deserved to lose this hockey game. Way too many desperate chips to get out of our zone and sloppy passes all game, yet again. Middleton made me actually yell “what the fuck are you doing???” when he tried that backhand shit at our blue line when he was facing the far side wing wide open for Middleton’s forehand.

Going back to sloppy passing. This team has played 180 minutes of regular season hockey and I’m assuming we are bottom of the league in tape-to-tape passing. These guys look like what I imagine a New Mexico bantam c squad would in this regard.

  10. Not an ideal game but Gus stole that point for the Wild, 2nd start in a row he’s looked solid. Love the motor Khus has and he was damn near 70% on the dot. That late PP was a blown opportunity to steal a win on the road.

Big off day tomorrow after 2 spirited games in a row.

  11. The fact that game came down to a goal in the last 5 seconds of the first period just sucks. Winnipeg continues to look better than the Wild and I hate it. On to the next one.
