Jack deserves all the love and praise. What a beast!
A huge statement making game. But it’s still game 1. We need to keep the energy and focus up. Play like it’s an elimination game each game. We go again tomorrow.
3⅔ x games in a row of LIGHTS OUT, SHUTOUT PITCHING!!

Mets needed a shellacking like this. Hope we do the same tomorrow.
#LGD, FTM!!!
Magic number is now 7!
Shohei grabbing his shoulder there. Hope he’s ok.

1 of 2! Lets go dodgers!!!
Getting through this game with a win and without having to use any of the key bullpen arms is genuinely as perfect a start to the series as I could think of. Keeping the shutout streak in tact is just icing on the cake.
We might never give up another run again!
33 consecutive scoreless innings has me feeling a certain type of way.
Pitching has almost always been our postseason downfall. Lotta games left in this series but damn it really feels great watching absolute domination by our pitching staff.
[“Only one team has put together a longer streak in a single postseason: The 1966 Baltimore Orioles, who went 33 innings without allowing a run over Games 1-4 of that year’s World Series against, of all teams, the Dodgers, who were swept in a series that ended with three straight shutouts.”](https://www.mlb.com/news/dodgers-nl-postseason-consecutive-scoreless-innings-record#:~:text=Only%20one%20team%20has%20put,ended%20with%20three%20straight%20shutouts)
#DODGERS TIE THE RECORD! 💯💯💯

Some jabroni wanted the Dodgers to lose game 5 against the Padres so his dream of Roberts getting fired would get fulfilled instead of witnessing the greatness we saw tonight
You big goof
7 WINS TO GO WE LOVE IT
33 Scoreless innings!!! We party!

Haters going to hate
God I love this team and I love you guys 🥰🥰
Crank up the Beach Boys
Couldn’t have asked for a better game 1 to the series. Unreal start from Jack. We needed that from him.

Really appreciate not only you guys winning this one, but the way that you did. It was an offensive explosion from Los Angeles, for sure. But even better than that was your pitching that ensured Mets fans suffered all 9 innings from the opening pitch to the final out.
I couldn’t have asked for more as a Phillies fan. Now do it again tomorrow. 😂
# 33 scoreless innings to tie the record!!
God damn Flaherty was on one. 🔥🔥
# DEATH TO GRIMACE!!!

Great game by the squad. I’m guessing tomorrow we’ll see Kike at 2nd and Pages at CF since there’s a LHP starting. Let’s go 🔥
Jack was a stud tonight!!
anyone else see Ohtani massaging Teo’s shoulders after the win?
I don’t even know what to say. Just amazing
That was probably the least stressful Dodger postseason game in like the past decade
Impressive win, Congrats
Tying a record from 1905 is crazy
