  1. That's right…I said it 😲

EDIT: Thank you for the feedback on the audio, I had some settings reset unexpectedly. I didn't save what I had previously, and kind of rushed unfortunately. The issue IS FIXED though, and it will be much better in my future videos :).

ALSO thank you to everyone who has taken the time to watch, like, comment, subscribe or all of the above. This video has already gained me more subscriptions then any of my other ones.

  2. As a Habs fan I'm not comfortable with comparing Hutson to Makar. Makar is as elite as you can be and it's useless pressure on a 20yo in my opinion. Hutson will be good in its own way I'm sure.

  3. As an Ottawa fan i am not excited to have to face this team all year. You are right though, this kid embodies the new age defenceman. They aren't just steady, bang it back into the corner. They use deception, fakes, stick work, and incredible skating to jump in on rushes or creep in from the point. I love it. It's great for hockey.

  4. Hutson will be his own player just like Hughes, Makar and Fox are their own selves.

Simple Hutson is just one of a kind at his size, but that brain of his, his mobility, deception and drive are what separates him

He is giving the Habs a serious second powerplay unit all on his own and that is huge.

  5. He's only 5 games into his NHL career and he already has 6 points coming straight out of college. I wouldn't put him on the level of Makar right now but he's rising star to keep an eye on.

  6. As a Habs fan this is the most exciting I’ve been in a long time, this kid steals the show every time he’s on the ice, and the thought of Demidov coming in in a year or two, my God

  7. He doesn't have the strongest shot, and that kind of comes with him just being smaller and of course, young. If he develops a solid wrist and snap shot he will win the Norris in a couple of years and be a candidate multiple times. This kid is the real deal.
