I guess the Islanders didn't want to be left out of the New York City Metropolitan sports party as they join the Mets, Yankees, Rangers and Devils in getting wins on this day, except the Jets. lol

Once again Colorado is the worst team in all hockey. Worst management in the history of pro sports. Pissing ways multi cup potential.
Dysfunctional defense. I wouldn't even blame Georgiev on many of those goals if any… Team needs to get on the same page cause they look lost out there.

Fivegiev is done. He’s had 3 games to get his act together, and—oh wait, he’s back up in the .800s, I guess he has.
This is the best modern sport. Every moment excitement. 🎉
This is just unacceptable at this point. At least tonight was a little bit better considering all of the shots, but it's still 6+ in a game, 3 games in a row to start the season. This is not Avalanche hockey, and we can't tolerate performances like this on a consistent basis. I don't care who is in goal at this point, as long as we have a chance to win the game. Bruins on Wednesday night. Also, congrats Cal Ritchie on your first goal! Go Avs Go❤💙

As an Avs fan, I now give everybody the permission to rename Fourgiev to Fivegiev
