Did anyone else feel like Randle looked…really slow? I thought he played well and was effective to a certain degree, but was a bit shocked at his speed
Minott is only 21. Very much think we have something here with this kid. Seems like someone who could have a very solid NBA career based on his development thus far. Obvious he’s improved his game a lot

Rob isn’t playing game 1 is my honest guess, and that’s OK. We have guys that don’t require a true PG and can free flow this offense (look at the distribution of assists in the stat line, this is what finch wants).

Randle Jaden Rudy Minott looked good tn everyone else was😬😬😬. Bulls really our kryptonite tho they actually dont miss against us
Spacing and ball movement was a mess in our first look at the Randle starting lineup. Minott might actually be a thing. DDV is a playmaker. Hopefully they prioritize McDaniels touches because he has some sneaky playmaking/connectiveness to his game that might help the Ant/Randle sludginess.

For the first game & without Naz Reid it wasn’t as bad as many are making it out to be. Starters started the game like a walk through while the Bulls took it very seriously. Definitely going to be some bumps in the road as everyone adjust but i dont think it was bad for a preseason first game.

I hate when Ant has a bad shooting night it just ruins my day
This team will be a rung or two or three worse this season. The unique advantages they had with the Towns-Gobert tandem outweighed the disadvantages and I just dont see how they replace Towns offensive impact and ability to defend the five when Gobert is off the court. Ultimately Connelly replaced Towns with Gobert and I really wonder if that was the right choice.
Would love to see more action with Jaden working with Rudy. Jaden knows the timing and pass type that works with Rudy. Another new wrinkle in this offense that looks to be more fluid this year.
