Snapshot of the first 30 games last season with the reminder that the team is still coming out of the rebuild

Here to remind everyone that half of the roster is under 25- we got the team on the opposite end of the rebuild. Growing pains are a thing. Be patient we are going to make a lot of mistakes as we grow and figure things out. The Yotes had moments of brilliance last season and very frustrating games as well. We will see a lot of that this year. Going into this season, having followed the team last year, I thought we would probably qualify for playoffs but I did not expect us to be contenders for 3-5 years, and truthfully I still don’t until we’ve worked out some kinks. Have fun, try not to have expectations. Enjoy the ride, we’ve got a lot of talent! Go UHC! 🩵🖤🤍

  1. Before the season started I expected the UHC and the Blues to be in a bitter fight for who can be the most mid. My thoughts haven’t changed. Should still be fun, though!

  2. You should not expect a playoff spot this year. If it happens, awesome, but it’s not likely. The Coyotes hadn’t made the playoffs in 12 years. There’s going to be more of that before this developing team becomes a playoff team.

  3. This season is all about creating a foundation. Success will be competing well and getting everyone to gel by December. Making the playoffs at all would exceed expectations. Next season should be when we start hoping to get a Wild Card spot. We aren’t Vegas Season 1. And don’t hope for what gave them an even hotter start than was expected. Just have fun learning the game and watching the team!
