Cal has got to be first owner I’ve seen actually recognize what they were doing wasn’t working and actually make an adjustment. Like most of these NFL owners absolutely refuse to acknowledge their faults and just keep doing what they are doing.
Just look at what the commanders dealt with in Dan Snyder or what the Cowboys deal with in Jerry Jones
