4. This is one of the reasons I am so optimistic regarding the short-term AND long-term future of the Vikes. The classy ownership, excellent coaching staff & support staff, the great lockerroom environment, and the overall team culture is bound to attract a lot of talented, mature, team-oriented free agents to fill gaps & supplement the draft picks. This will give Kwesi A-M a lot of good options as he builds/re-builds the roster every off-season (and during every season for that matter)!
   Re Mike Pettine's comment…great points Andy. I will add that the subtle difference changes priorities when evaluating prospects & free agents…specifically, looking for more than attention to detail, loyalty & trust for the coaching staff, etc…the Vikes are looking for learning skills, willingness to change & think out of the box, adaptability, communication & comprehension, initiative, plus seeing challenges as opportunities & mistakes as paths to improvement (..all issues focused on a good 'football mind', and not just physical prowess..).
