Not sure Buehler is the answer. Used to be a stud before 2 Tommy Johns. Struggled to regain his old form since the surgery. Showed flashes of his old self, but hasn't fully regained his stuff (yet). Angels probably hope they can get him at a reduced price. It feels very "on brand" for Minasian to me. Am I way off, or does this have Minasian written all over it?
Bitchette yes i think we could upgrade infiled he doesn't have to be SS i don't think he does play multiple positions right. Buehler i don't think he's the right pitcher for us and i don't want someone who could possibly poison the locker room he's said bad things about Angels i don't think he wants to come here i do hope they spend though i want a postseason team next year i hope what there saying is true.

My honest take on Buehler is that Angels shouldn't bother if bullpen isn't good enough. He is no longer his old self and even if you can get a solid start, you are not going to get length, so it will still fall on the bullpen to save the game. Bullpen is the only reason why the Dodgers have been successful this season with so many starters down with injuries or mostly 5 or less innings all season
