  1. The Sabres needed at least 4 points on the road trip to get back into a spot where they can think about making a run for a playoff spot. Three points in three games isn’t going to do it, they’re chasing points and need to go on a run. Realistically they should be rested up for every game they play the rest of the month and need points in every game to get closer serious hockey.
