The Mets main focus for next season should be pitching they gave up 46 runs in this series
I stopped once he said he was switching from sad to angry- if you actually lived through Kenny Rogers walking in GW run, if you lived through 07 + even 08 collapse, those were moments for anger. I’d even give you 2022 WC. This is not it. They weren’t better than the Dodgers, & that’s OK for this year. Mets fans always feel like we gotta win it all in 1 shot because this franchise has lacked consistency from year to year . I don’t think this is a 1 off. This group needs to be kept together and tweaked, but they’ll be back . I’ll be watching- keep your chin up Mets nation, what an amazing run

How many RISP did the Mets have? Too many, when you’re playing a run producing team like the Dodgers.
This is a team they wouldn't add to cause they were getting ready for next season. They missed out on a huge opportunity, this may be a historic mistake!
The games were over when the Dodgers could get on base by walking at will, basically.

Mets record in the NLCS vs. LAD was 2-4, same as season record (2-4) with big blowout scores as well in the regular season series.
Nimmo should have been sit. He was hurt; he hit .167 in the NLCS, the worst AVE on the team. Dodgers sat Freeman twice.

I'm so proud of this team Since JUNE, they were the best MLB team and also had the most come from behind victories in MLB. Also they got this far despite the fact that MINI MARKET STEARNS signed a whole bunch of very cheap low tier free agents and having a lousy start from the start of the season until JUNE.
That Marte abat in the 1st inning was HORRIBLE!!!! Low baseball IQ, wtf would you swing at the first pitch, aren't you watching the game???? Same with Nimmo, pitcher throws 4 pitches way out of the zone out of 5 to Lindor, why would you swing at the first pitch????

Don’t be fooled. Can’t do this again without major changes. Senga? Junk ball starters? No way. Not good enough. . Outscored 37-7 in the 4 losses. Cohen said reminds him of 1984 and 1998. I disagree. A long way to go and to rebuild the farm system. Trust Stearns. Diaz to set up. Find another closer.
Mauricio to third and Vientos to first? How much bat speed will Alonso lose next year? He did hit that HR of his shoe tops at 113 mph. Cant wait to hear Beningo on Jets and Mets. Woof. Brooklyn Dodgers vs. NY Yankees. Dem Bums. Go Dodgers!

It was fun for a while but reality set in. You need to have depth to face a loaded team like Dodgers that’s not burned out like the Mets were in Some games
Mets didn’t have anyone perform at MVP level in This series. We had some good performances but no one dominated offensively. Dodgers had some player that were hitting out of their minds
