The Tennessee Titans surprised everyone when it was announced on Saturday that Mason Rudolph would start against the Buffalo Bills. What happened to Will Levis going from starting in Week 6 to out in Week 7? Brian Callahan gave an explanation, but it still leaves a black eye on the organization. Despite that, Brian Callahan deserves more patience than the fan base is giving him and there are experiences we can look to that prove it. Finally, Ran Carthon is taking heat as well and a simple step back would show he is actually doing a pretty good job.

  1. so now players can't get injured or aggravate a minor injury during practice or outside a football field? at this point, we have bigger fish to fry than this so called drama. In the end, we saw Rudolph play and quieted down real quick any potential QB controversy…neither QB at this point have shown to be the the guy long term so far and that there are other major issues on offense, specially at RT. I'm not happy with the play calling by Brian the last 2 games but like Levis or the OL growing pains, Brian has to go through his this season until things starts to really click.

    All this talk about firing Brian or specially Ran is very deaf to my ears and I'm glad Amy is not responding to the noise by part of the fanbase. As promising as preseason was, folks forgot what a total new regime really means…those moments are unfortunately part of the process. Rather have them now and find out who we are moving on with (even it if means parting ways with Levis or Brian) than having them much later in the process and being stalled being a mediocre team…

    Titans up! Still fully trust the process, as painful as it is…specially being in Buffalo yesterday watching the game!

  7. One point that you keep overlooking is that Mason does not get 1st team practice. He even mentioned it again in his post-game interview. Give him the reps and watch the offence improve.

  8. Compare Will's and Mason's first two game this season. The stats are very similar, however the difference is that Will has had all the 1st team snaps in practice, Mason gets 5 plays a practice.
    If Mason was given the same chance as Will all season long there would be no comparison. Mason would be 4-1 and the talk of the town.

  10. LMAO 65 Years and counting without a Super Bowl. Loser Ass Franchise. What’s more hilarious is they’re spending over 2 Billion Dollars on a smaller size stadium for a team that won’t win Squat! They are seriously the weakest fan base I’ve ever seen besides Jacksonville. St. Louis and San Diego deserve an NFL team more than Nashville. Most people in Nashville let alone the entire state are from somewhere else that support different teams. This is comedy to me every year! 😂

  14. I suffered an AC sprain in college…never missed any time for it, but each week I had to pump life back into the shoulder after wrecking it out there on the field. I played CB and not QB, but I can see why it could fluctuate week to week…it mostly comes down to pain tolerance

  15. I don’t like ran carthon because since he been I charge all that happened was lossing the best players and nothing but losing season after season with him charge. But I think people will come around to my way of thinking after 2 more losing seasons go get warren sapp let him take ran carthons place and titans will have all the talent, good news is with ran carthon in charge titans will always have first pick in the draft

Point is the owner made a terrible decision by drafting Levi's and this season is over, Henry laughing , maybe even a Superbowl coming this season.

  23. These real "brilliant " people get online and make you believe that getting rid of someone like D. Henry is what a team is supposed to do. We SMART GUY. Henry leas the lead in run yards last year behind the worse offensive line in the league. If we knew what we were where doing we would have kept Henry so that he could have taken pressure OFF WILL LEVIS!!!! DEFENSES DON'T RESPECT POLLARD AND WOULD HAVE RESPECTED HENRY which would have given Levis more time to throw and more lanes . But smart people want WINNNING to look a certain way. stupid!!!
