The Colorado Rockies are expected to slash payroll this offseason according to Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post. Citing a loss in revenue due to the collapse of AT&T SportNet, owner Dick Monfort and GM Bill Schmidt need to find cost-saving measures via the roster.
