  2. It's actually great news!!!! If true that he misses this game, Jayden gets a week off and a week to heal some more. Marcus gets to take the helm and he knows this offense inside out and he just has to manage the offense effectively and we will win this game.

  15. If there is any doubt I say let him heal. Let the defense step up and gain a little swagger by winning the game instead of just doing good enough to complement a dominant offense

  16. Coming into a game that's already started is much different for a backup qb than starting a game is for them. The bears will be preparing for Marcus, but he's a vet. I think he'll play well enough for us to have a good chance to win.

  26. I think Mariota just needs to step it up… I actually hope they're trying to confuse Chicago and keep them on their toes. But, if he is hurt there's no need to play him.

  27. I respect the grind, and I know you need the clicks, but this is not terrible news. It's sensible news. Heck, you could even look at it as good news. It's a sign of good management and sound leadership. Washington is 5-2. Daniels needs to get healthy. It will be a big test for Mariota to see where he stands as a backup.

  36. Actually, good news as Dan Quinn and coaches realize that keeping him healthy for the whole season is WAY more important than winning or losing one game.

  37. All Marcus has to do is manage the game and not expect receivers to be as wide open as the were with the Panthers. Think this should be a low scoring game with hopefully the Commanders coming out on top.
