    I damn near agree with all your takes.. (And I’m from Arkansas so i rock with you)
    But i disagree here.
    I do think with the combination of yall content creators and the toxic fans yall make those guys jobs more difficult.
    Don’t distort the overall message, and that is OVERALL this organization is not about winning..it’s about tours and popularity and pandering to being Americas team.
    If it was solely about football then maybe not have tours everyday, instead maybe once a week or 2x a month.
    Instead of the owner doing interviews undermining the whole coaching staff and press conferences, have the coaches only or an actual general manager speak.(faulty dynamics)
    How about stop being cheap and lowballing free agents and trying to sell the aura of THE DALLAS COWBOYS and make real offers..

  40. I feel like your missing the point here, as you did the last time you did a video on this. The point is some people literally just want to play football, and not be apart of Jerry's circus/zoo. How many times must people tell you there is a major culture problem and this is part of it. It's hard to take a franchise serious when your owner acts like PT Barnum. Jerry has put brand, entertainment and money over the sport and we are literally the football equivalent of the WWE. Elite organizations are built from the top down, not the bottom up, expecting players to overcome the un seriousness of ownership/Operations has never happened and never will. That is the point.

We hear the Jesse Holly stories, the Lesean McCoy when they talk about those cultures over there. So the recipe is in the air. We continue to do circus, and look where it’s got us. Have no idea how you can defend this. Yes, it is not a lot to ask to cut the tours down to the off days or weekends. This franchise has milked every little dollar out of the fans, only to give them what? They can’t even give their players a day to focus!! Bro, this is indefensible. lol

  43. A lot of yall are showing yall aren’t REALLY Cowboys fans. I’m younger and even I know that the Cowboys have ALWAYS been the Belle of the Ball. They have ALWAYS had the MOST media attention on TV, radio etc..and DISTRACTIONS pre-date Jerry Jones…America’s Team was one of the most damaging things that ever happened to this franchise from a public perception standpoint but it was used to MONETIZE the Cowboys just like Jerry does now and that was WELL BEFORE 90s…

    The Cowboys have always been the topic of discussion and the “hot ticket” in town and y’all not about to act like some damn tours are more distracting than the rockstar like atmosphere they had to deal with during the “America’s Team” era.

    This is WHAT the Cowboys are and no amount of soft excuses changes that bro. It’s why guys can make businesses off of the brand well after playing here.
