2. This team is in a major rebuild. The team is playing soft. Also they have no number 1 WR's, O Line is bad and the defense is soft. Its going to take a few years to get this ship between the buoys. Par for the course.

7. Anyone saying he needs to be fired legit doesn’t work in the real world, if a employer hired you with the expectations that the job would be a struggle and difficult will have patience. How many wins did people really expect? This is a 6 win team at best, Seahawks and Dolphins games were close. Chuck Noll, Bill Walsh, Jimmy Johnson all had horrible first seasons it takes time to build a winner its not done overnight

12. The media just wont let go of the "soft" comment/non-story. He quickly and repeatedly clarified that the defense is playing soft, not that the players are soft. Just let it go and give the dude a break.

13. I'd like to think he's a nice guy BUT he's not a head football coach. Go pay your dues for 10+- years to understand the role. We need another coach immediately.
