16. Championships are won at the line of scrimmage. The RPO game is nonexistent because the O-line can't establish the run. Purdy cant pass because the pass block is mediocre at best. D-line can't stop the run, which in turn affects the pass rush, which turns into the secondary being burned. Bosa's best year as a pass rusher was a result of the interior D-line being able to stop the run. Get a new O-line and interior D-line and let the young receivers step up. Hell, if Shanny cant trust the young receivers then run 12 personnel and run 60% of the time, until those young recievers can be trusted.

36. While I agree with Damon in theory regarding keeping draft picks, Lynch has missed so often on early round picks. Out of all of the first and second round picks they've made since 2017, only six are still on the team – and that includes the two picks they made this year. Those picks are probably more valuable as trade pieces than anything else under this regime.
