1. These two clowns running the show should be fired other than Vlad there is zero homegrown talent I don't understand where all this money is coming from with all these free agents?

3. This isn't the type of move a contender makes. I also wouldn't make this move unless the Cardinals threw in $50 million to cover the deferred salary. The teams in the World Series have star power. The Blue Jays just have Vlad. Nolan Arenado isn't a star anymore. I'd move Vlad to third base and try to sign Pete Alonso. The focus still has to be on signing Soto and quickly pivot to Teoscar Hernandez if it doesn't look like Soto will happen.

8. Who would be responsible for Arenado's deferred money? He has 44M left in deferred $$ paid out between 2025 – 2041. I assume it would be St. Louis for the years he was there, and the jays for the parts of deferred $$ for the 2025-2027 years?

14. JAYS ATE 38 MILLION of Tulowitzki's contract. We do not need to repeat history with Arenado. Clement's DRS is 7, BRV is 5, at 2.5 mil. Arenado DRS 9, BRV 6 at 26 mil.. Clement is 29 Arenado is 33. Clement is in my opinion is just gonna get better. Arenado is on the downward side. We have that problem right now with Springer… do we want to be stuck with 2 players with contracts that aren't worth the production? Plus we have Clement, Wagner, Barger and Martinez that we can swap out if someone struggles. The money Arenado takes up would be much better used else where. Personaly I would like to see the Jays pick up Adames for the 20 mil. Then shop out a package of Bichette, Bassitt and Springer for some returns. I am Sure that Atlanta or LAD who fall over themselves to get them Especially Bichette and Bassitt.

15. Arenado salary goes down in 2026 and 2027. Maybe get closer helsley in the deal too. One year of arb left on his contract.

20. It could happen. Hes old, past his prime, his team does nit want him. It ticks all of Atkins boxes so it will probably happen. Is it a smart move? Hell no.

21. Tulo was a bad trade the only reason why we did was because Reyes was linked to domestic violence…Tulo sucked . I 've wanted Arenado before we got Chapman, in which I also thought that was a bad signing. What if we put Bo there?

22. I’d take arenado… even in his twilight years. Guy was a platinum glove and can swing… as solid as a veteran 3B you can get.

23. If they could get him for Barger 100# do it, might take Loperfido too.
    Just get Teo with a 3 year deal as well. Then we have a solid 3/4/5 in our lineup.
    Clement can be our future SS ,, Bo is probably leaving at some point
